This consultation has 2 parts: 1.) An Inbody scan with the latest Inbody machine with an interpretation of the results. 2.) A detailed plan of how to optimise the aspects of your health that may be lacking as made apparent on the scan. This new iteration of the machine is able to measure with more than 98% correlation to a DEXA scan your body fat percentage, muscle mass, water weight and water distribution, cellular health and mineral densities.
